Where the payer returns after a 3D Secure challenge. From a merchant site it must be on the origin the browser reports in its Origin header; anything else becomes that origin. For Malipopay pages, production accepts only *.malipopay.co.tz. Defaults to the Referer.

Pay part of what is outstanding. Refused unless card part payments are enabled (CARD_PART_PAYMENTS_ENABLED). Absent means all of it.
