Multipart upload of a CSV or .xlsx. `phoneNumberColumn` names the column holding the number (default `participantNumber`). Every other column becomes a {{column}} variable available in the campaign message, filled per recipient.
Submit a campaign for delivery
Sends now, or schedules for startDate when scheduleType is LATER. Only a DRAFT can be submitted: a scheduled campaign is already queued, and submitting it again would send every message twice.
