Start Meta Embedded Signup

/api/v1/waba/onboarding/embedded-signup/init

The first half of connecting your own number through Meta. Returns what the browser flow needs, including a signed state token good for five minutes that you echo back on the callback. Most merchants do this from the dashboard under WhatsApp then Numbers rather than by calling it directly.
